Randy Travis offered a sneak peek of his first new studio recording in more than a decade.
Travis, 64, posted a snippet of âWhere That Came Fromâ on his social media pages on Wednesday morning (May 1). Travis posted a brief teaser earlier this week, garnering hundreds of comments from fans and others in the country music community, including Zac Brown Band frontman Zac Brown, Carrie Underwood, Nate Smith, Lainey Wilson, Cole Swindell, Alexandra Kay, Clay Walker, Drake Milligan and others. Some country artists even shared videos of their reaction to the song when they listened for the first time. Cody Johnson said itâs âincredible. Yâall arenât ready!â Chase Matthew said it was a âlegendaryâ moment when Travis shared the unreleased track with him. Josh Turnerâs wife wiped her eyes, and Turner said he âmight be the most excited for this.â

Travis is known for many classic country hits throughout his decades-long career, including âDeeper Than the Holler,â âOn the Other Hand,â âForever and Ever, Amen,â and many more. âWhere That Came Fromâ will arrive on Friday (May 3).
