Hey Froggers! Thanks for joining me for your workday. 10am to 3pm Monday-Friday.
I'm originally from the small town of Edinburg, VA. Born & raised in the mountains of the Shenandoah Valley! I started my radio career in Winchester, VA as an intern. I'm an army wife and wouldn't trade it for the world! My husband and I welcomed a baby boy, Zachary, in July 2011. Excited to be in Delmarva!

Joe Nichols and his wife Heather have announced they're expecting their first child in the spring. According to People magazine, the couple had been trying for some time. The two were married in 2007, and Joe has a 13-year-old daughter Ashelyn from a previous relationship.
Miranda Lambert took her Twitter feud with Chris Brown to the stage during her show in Amherst, Massachusetts on Thursday (February 16th). Early last week, Miranda tweeted her displeasure at seeing the R&B singer get two performance slots during the Grammys in light of his history as a woman-beater.
During Thursday's show, Miranda spotted a sign in the audience that read "Take notes Chris Brown." She immediately went over to the fan with the sign and took it, holding it up for everyone in the audience to see. She even encouraged people to take pictures and put it on Twitter.
Miranda told the concert-goers that when she was growing up, she was taught that beating on a woman was never okay, adding that this is why her dad taught her to use a shotgun from an early age.
Miranda used the sign as the perfect lead-in to her hit, "Gunpowder & Lead."
