UPI says a Baltimore, Maryland woman recently used her license plate number to win a $50,000 lottery jackpot. She played a ticket with the number 91104 included. The woman plans to use her winnings to pay off bills and boost her savings. She says, "I just started crying. I really never thought it would actually come out."
